Ich muss euch noch unbedingt die total süße Location zeigen, wo ich zwei Wochen lang gelernt habe. Das ist die juristische Bibliothek der Stadt München im neuen Rathaus. Das sieht da drinnen echt aus, als ob's eine Filmkulisse wäre. Und tatsächlich! Wir haben in unseren zwei Wochen Lern-Urlaub dort herausgefunden, dass in dieser Bibliothek der Film "Bibi Blocksberg" gedreht wurde. Total niedlich ist vor allem die Beleuchtung und die Verzierungen an den Wendeltreppen zur Galerie (Alysha: Da müssen wir unbedingt beim nächsten Mal Bilder machen!!): Die sind alle in Blumen geformt und sehen total verträumt aus - ein echter Hingucker! :-)

Ab heute sitz ich in einem viel unspektakuläreren Raum und besuche den nächsten Kurs... seufz... Man kann nicht alles haben (Nein, kann man nicht -- hab ich ja erst kürzlich auf einer ganz persönlichen Ebene lernen dürfen *grrr*)

I have to show you the ultra-cute location I’ve been studying at for two weeks. This is the juristic library in the new town hall in Munich. Everything there looks more like a scenery right out of a movie. And indeed! We have learned in our time there that the movie “Bibi Blocksberg” (the German pendant to Harry Potter) has been shot in this library. Totally charming is the lighting and the ornaments on the winding stairs (Alysha: We really have to take some pics there next time you’re visiting!!). They are formed as flowers and make the room look so dreamy and from ancient history – a real eye catcher! :-)

Since today I’m sitting in a so very unspectacular room and attend the next preparation course... sighs... can’t have everything, can you? (No, you can't - I have learned that in person lately! *grrr*)
