Gott, hatte ich einen Heidenspaß mit Danie im Münchner Zoo. Ich war immerhin seit 20 Jahren (!!!!) nicht mehr im Zoo! Die Pinguine waren mein voller Favorit - sooo lustig. Tauchten hie und da ins Wasser und kamen dann an der dicken Glasfront vorbeigetaucht mit lustigen Luftblasen um sie herum. Der eine Pinguin war ein ganz kesser, der mich echt nur noch zum Kichern gebracht hat.
Das coole an dem Zoo sind die "Käfige" für manche Tiere. Die bestehen in sehr tiefen Wasserpools, sodass kein riesiger, hoher Zaun nötig ist. Deshalb kann man ganz tolle Bilder machen (siehe Tiger).
Faszinierend war auch die Raubtierfütterung - Danie hat ein paar super Shots hinbekommen - als ob man bei der großen Miezekatze im Käfig stehen würde!!

I had so much fun with my old friend from my home town in the Munich zoo. The penguins just cracked me up. You should've seen them - they're hilarious! One was able to watch them dive into the water and see them swimming in their pool through the glass and that one dude just came dashing by so many times, with air bubbles coming up... it was sooo funny. Unfortunately, they were too fast for the camera... :-(
Besides that, I loved the way they designed the zoo. For the grizzly, the tiger and some other animals, they have not built high cages but rather a very deep moat in front. So, we were able to take fabulous pics!
